- Account & Billing: name, email, payment details (handled by Stripe), subscription status.
- Communications: emails and support messages.
- Community IDs: Discord/Telegram username or ID to grant roles.
- Usage: basic site interactions. If we use privacy-friendly analytics (e.g., Plausible/Umami no-cookies), this data is aggregated and not used to identify you.
- Cookies: only essential cookies by default. Analytics/marketing cookies load only after your consent via our cookie banner.
3. Why we collect it (purposes & legal bases)
- Provide services & membership (legal basis: contract performance).
- Billing & fraud prevention (legal basis: contract performance & legitimate interests).
- Support (legal basis: legitimate interests; and your consent when applicable).
- Analytics (legal basis: consent for non-essential cookies; legitimate interests when using no-cookie, aggregate analytics).

4. Sharing
We share data with the following processors only as needed to provide our services:

- Discord / Telegram (role-based access & notifications)
- Hosting provider (site & infrastructure)
- Formspree (contact form processing), if used

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

- Billing & tax records: 7 years (or as required by law).
- Account & access logs: while your membership is active and a reasonable period thereafter.
- Support emails: up to 24 months unless you request deletion earlier (where applicable).

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and data portability. You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect processing before withdrawal) and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
